One of my favorite scenes to paint. The lonely wave represents a feeling of solitude and calm. Being in the ocean and seeing a wave roll by is a special moment. One that lives on in my mind. 

This particular version has more of a sky blue peeking through the clouds. The shades of blue transform in different lights.
